Watch Purchase

In reference to multiple watch purchases, due to the extreme demand of certain Swiss Watch Brands, we are now limiting purchases of select models to one per person per year.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Hamra offers free overnight shipping form most orders delivered within the U.S.A.

We will ship every order as soon as possible - likely the same day.

Returns:

We would like you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us.

We will send a return label to you with the appropriate insurance applied for the return.

All returns need to include original packaging (original box, pouch, certificates, etc.)

Special commissioned custom orders may not be returned. Products that have been sized, altered or modified in any way, worn or show wear are not eligible for return.

Refunds are made to the original purchaser and in the same method of original payment.

Once the return is received, our Quality Assurance Department will evaluate the item.

Your refund will be processed quickly once above is complete and you should receive your credit within a few days.

Privacy & Terms of Use

We do not and will not share information with other companies.

While navigating on the Rolex section of our website, you may interact with an embedded website from www.rolex.com. In such case, Terms of Use, Privacy Notice and Cookies Policy of www.rolex.com are solely applicable.

Registration Information:

We retain information provided by our visitors when registering for an account, including name, email address, mailing address and phone number.

We utilize industry – standard encryption technologies when transmitting and receiving customer information. Moreover, we store customer registration information in a secure, confidential database with the account password as an encrypted string.

When visitors give us their email address (e.g., when registering for an account or signing up for Hamra’s email newsletter), or send us any form of email correspondence, we retain their email address in our confidential database. We do not share our client email lists with third parties.

You may opt not to receive these emails at any time by selecting the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of email communications. If you would like us to make sure that you do not receive promotional emails in the future, please email us.

If you provide a mailing address, you may receive occasional mailings from us.

Payment Information:

We do not store full credit or debit card numbers in our customer database, nor de we save other sensitive cardholder data, including expiration dates or card security codes.

“Hamra” and its logos are trademarks of Hamra Jewelers, Inc. All other trademarks used on this site are the property of their respective holders and are hereby acknowledged, but are not limited to: Rolex, Patek Philippe, TUDOR and Breitling.

Trademarks and logos of luxury jewelry and watch brands are used for identification purposes, in accordance with “fair use” principles and should not construe association with the luxury trademark owners.

We are “authorized dealers” for many of the jewelry and watch brands that we sell, no affiliation with jewelry or watch brands should be construed unless otherwise noted. For instance, we are not an authorized dealer for all of the brands associated with pre-owned watches or estate jewelry that we sell.

Photography:

We do our best to accurately represent the size and relative size differences between our products. However, some articles may appear slightly smaller or larger than they are in reality. For some items, we do this intentionally to better display product details.

Item Availability & Pricing

All items shown on the website are subject to prior sale. Although we attempt to display only products that are available for immediate purchase, occasionally we may have a product that is for sale on the website that is unavailable.

Product prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund a customer’s money if we find that a price is listed incorrectly on our website.

In addition, we reserve the right to change prices for the same product to reflect changes in our vendor’s suggested prices or the cost of component materials for an item, etc.
