Returns

 

We would like you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are unsatisfied with your order, please call us.  We will send a Federal Express label to you with the appropriate insurance applied for the return.   

All returns need to include original packaging (original box, pouch, certificates, etc.) Special commissioned custom orders may not be returned.  Products that have been sized, altered or modified in any way, worn or show wear are not eligible for return. 

Refunds are made to the original purchaser and in the same method of original payment. Once the return is received, our Quality Assurance Department will evaluate the item.Your refund will be processed quickly once above is complete and you should receive your credit within a few days.
